Change and Challenge

worked here for over half year, another change is coming
i dun especially like wheel toys, but have been working with them for long time
now ask me to separate..it is pretty sad..but it went through really a long time and they are listening to me rather than the buyer...now i have to start all overy again
i am too old for changes? i am not sure
i should take an active approach for challenges right?
