March and a chance
A colleague said he will leave this company after December. It shocked me a bit, becasue we are waiting for the double pay for this whole year. And his leaving implies I will probably take over his accounts. I may be prompted, but not so sure.
Three Strategies:
1. If i' m prompted and get a pay rise , stay for few months more and leave
2. If i'm not but my workload added, leave at once
3. Nothing to change, leave at once
